The unique setting demanded a different approach to internal
layouts and finish. The specification sets out to create a new
level of comfort and well-being. And with an extensive Client
Choices programme, you will be encouraged to 'make your home your
own' by specifying your preferences when it comes to paint colours,
tile selection, and creating your kitchen. And, providing design
queries are discussed early on in the build programme, scope will
exist to agree (where practical to do so) design modifications to
ensure that your apartment is built around your exacting
requirements.
Our range of fixtures and fittings are adapted from year to year
and influenced by on-going client feedback which we actively
encourage. To illustrate, we have, for the first time, included 2
walk-in showering facilities in every apartment and incorporated
luxurious 4-piece bathroom suites off the master bedroom for added
comfort. We have reacted to market-driven feedback demanding better
storage provision via the incorporation of 2 or 3 hall storage
cupboards (depending on home style) and fitted wardrobe provision
in every bedroom. The full range of kitchen appliances contained
within wholly separate kitchens including fridge/freezer,
washer/dryer, and dishwasher have been provided as standard and
will be integrated within the kitchen cabinetry to create a
refined, clean finish. Other details like enhanced floor to ceiling
heights to accentuate space, and hallway shapes and widths that can
accommodate larger furniture pieces and wall hung artwork, are
excellent examples of our integrated approach to design. And whilst
each apartment block only spans 4-storeys, we have nonetheless
elected to provide elevators within all blocks for maximum
convenience, with tiles and carpeting to communal stair areas
incorporated for added cosiness.
