Now that you have reserved you property and paid your deposit, your Sales Advisor will invite you to come along and choose the colour schemes for your new home. The time-scale for this consultation will vary depending on the build programme of your home.

Now for the fun part! You'll be asked to choose the style of your kitchen units and worktops; any floor tiles which are to be fitted; paint colours for walls and, where applicable, floor coverings. In short, all the touches that will help you make your home your own. We have a wide range of samples on display for you to choose from.

Feel free to bring along fabric samples or magazines with home décor ideas for inspiration. You may also wish to bring along a friend for an all-important second opinion

Everyone has a different idea of what makes a house a home. Styling your home around a particular concept is a personal thing. After all, the interior of your home says a lot about you. If the standard specification does not contain that elusive, must have item, let us know. Our team will make every effort to source the item(s) and will provide you with a quotation prior to proceeding with the work. You'll be asked to accept the quotation and pay for the item(s) within 14 days.
